4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agam66 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, although individual payment methods may impose their own limits. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

agam66 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. agam66 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment source not in your name and may close your account if repeated violations occur.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To process a withdrawal from your agam66 account, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or forfeited.
• Funds must be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

agam66 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most withdrawals are completed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours may take up to 2 hours. In rare cases requiring additional verification or security checks, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah). 5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, agam66 requires that deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x) before withdrawal. This policy helps prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activities. agam66 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or suspicious transaction patterns.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

agam66 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering" means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount). 7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by agam66. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors in odds display, or bets that exceed position limits. Once a bet is accepted and a bet confirmation is issued, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.

7.2 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing sports body. For football matches, bets are settled on the result after 90 minutes of play plus stoppage time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly included in the bet type.

If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If a match is postponed beyond 48 hours, abandoned, or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting odds are updated dynamically based on match events. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief period between a real-world event occurring and odds being updated on the Platform. agam66 reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event has occurred but before odds were adjusted.

8. Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot machines offered on agam66 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested by independent laboratories including eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. agam66 will refund the original stake of any voided bets to the affected player's account. 12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16. Severability
